2012 Greek Festival
The St. George Greek Orthodox Church is once again gearing up for the 2012 Grecian Festival in Albuquerque. This is a favorite of Burqueños, so why not join us all for a fabulous time of music, food, cooking lessons, arts and crafts, Greek souvenirs, displays of Greek icons, artifacts and religious art, and of course…there WILL be dancing. Don’t miss out on this colorful, tasty and exciting event! Opa!

Amazing Maize Maze
Once again the Rio Grande Community Farms is hosting their annual Albuquerque Maize Maze, and this year it’s a “LEAPnMAZE”, and it is open and walkable right now through Halloween. The Farms has many partners this year to bring you even more fun for kids of all ages, so hop on down and join on in! Find your way through the corn field maze, visit the farm animals, pick out your Halloween pumpkin at their Pumpkin Patch and visit the Haystack City. There will be a Moonlight Maze, A Haunted Maze and a special Wildlife day. For all the skinny and a list of specific events at the Maze, visit the RGCF website.
