In/Out We ask that you adhere to our schedule, as we need time to ourselves for cleaning, shopping and just alone time. If you have a special circumstance, you must contact us ahead of time to make arrangements, if we can. If there are guests in your room the night before, we cannot let you check in until they have left and we have a chance to clean the room. Reservations must be confirmed with a Visa, Discover, MasterCard, or American Express. For payment we accept all the above credit cards and well as personal checks, traveler's checks, company checks or money orders. Be sure to check our minimum night requirements before booking. No
children under the age of 9. No
smoking in rooms. |
Cancellation Policies We suggest you purchase affordable Travel Insurance to protect yourself if you need to cancel due to illness or any other unfortunate circumstance inside the cancellation time allowed for your stay. Cancellations must be 7 days prior to arrival date to assure a full refund. (Does not apply to Balloon Fiesta dates). Less notice will result in a forfeit of 50% of the total cost of your stay, with a minimum charge of one night. Booking within 3 days of arrival will result in an immediate non refundable charge to your credit card. For bookings during Balloon Fiesta, cancellation must be made 30 days prior to arrival. You will only be refunded the amount collected if we can re-book the room for any of the nights you canceled. We require you to return a signed confirmation that we will fax or email to you.
