Before you contact us, you may want to check here to see if your question is already answered.

Q: How close are you to the airport?
A:
6.5 miles, 10 to 15 minutes drive.

Q: Do you have non-smoking rooms?
A
:
All our rooms are non-smoking rooms. Smoking is only permitted outdoors.

Q: Do we really need a car in Albuquerque?
A:
You will miss out on some of the area's best attractions that are across town and out of the city limits if you don't have a car. Our city is urban sprawl at it's best, and is not that user friendly as far as mass transit goes.

Q: I am coming to town for a conference.
How far are you from the Convention Center - Hyatt/Doubletree/Hotel Albuquerque?

A: We are too far to walk. It is between 2.5 to 3 miles to each of these conference venues. But it is a really quick drive, and you'll want to have a car anyway if you'll be sight seeing.

Q: Do you accept families with children?
A:
Small children find this a difficult place to navigate with many levels and hard sufaces. Also, our dog Mini is terrified of small children and this can be upsetting for everyone. It is best to call ahead to discuss the ages of your children. If the fit isn't right we can suggest a b&b in the area that will better accommodate you.

Q: Do you accept pets?
A
: We love pets, but there are many people with pet allergies and we need to keep our rooms allergy free. We can guide you to pet-friendly b&bs nearby.

Q: Can we walk to Old Town/Downtown?
A
: It is 2.5 miles to either, and if you like to walk alot you can do it. The areas between us and Old Town are dark at night though, and stark in the daytime (industrial areas), so I wouldn't walk it.

Q: Do your rooms have private baths?
A:
Yes. All rooms have in room baths with jetted tubs for two and showers.
