is already answered.
Q:
Do you accept families with small children?
A: We try to maintain an adult atmosphere, so we do not advise bringing children under the age of 9 years old. Additionally, our rooms and grounds are not "kid proofed" for young children. However, we can suggest a b&b in the area that better accommodates
families with young children.
Q:
How close are you to the airport?
A: 6.5 miles,
10 to 15 minutes drive.
Q:
Do you have non-smoking rooms?
A: All
our rooms are non-smoking rooms. Smoking is only permitted outdoors.
Q:
Do we really need a car in Albuquerque?
A: You will miss out on some of the area's best attractions
that are across town and out of the city limits if you don't have a car. Our
city is urban sprawl at it's best, and is not that user friendly as far as
mass transit goes.
Q:
Do you accept pets?
A: Yes, in the Burrowing Owl room only. We love pets, but there are many people with pet allergies and we need
to keep our other rooms allergy free. We ask that you bring your own crate or pet bed and they are not allowed on or in bed with you.
Q: Can we walk to Old Town or Downtown?
A: It is 2.5 miles to either, and if you like to walk alot you
can do it. The areas between us and Old Town are dark at night
though, and stark in the daytime (industrial areas), so I wouldn't
walk it.
Q: Do your rooms have private baths?
A: Yes.
All rooms have in room baths with jetted tubs for two and
showers.
Q:
I am coming to town for a conference. How far are you from
the Convention Center - Hyatt - Doubletree - Hotel Albuquerque?
A: We
are too far to walk. It is between 2.5 to 3 miles to
each of these conference venues. But it is a really quick
drive, and you'll want to have a car anyway if you'll
be sight seeing.
