IF BOOKING SAME DAY or WITHIN 7 days of arrival, PLEASE CALL us, 866-435-6436 or 505-344-1310. This is not necessary if you are booking more than 7 days before your arrival. Remember that we are on Mountain Time when calling.

We normally send out email confirmations on Sunday, but if it is after Sunday and a same week booking we will contact you to say we are expecting you.

Cancellations must be 10 days prior to arrival date to assure a full refund. Less notice will result in a forfeit of 50% of the total cost of your stay, with a minimum charge of one night per room you have booked. (Does not apply to Balloon Fiesta dates). Booking within 3 days of arrival will result in an immediate non refundable charge to your credit card.

We suggest you purchase affordable Travel Insurance to protect yourself if you need to cancel due to illness, airline changes, weather or any other unfortunate circumstance inside the cancellation time allowed for your stay.

Minimum Night Requirements - There is a three night minimum during holiday weeks and weekends, such as Thanksgiving, Christmas-New Year, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day.

For bookings during Balloon Fiesta, there is a 3 day minimum and there will be no refunds unless cancellation is at least 30 days prior to arrival. For bookings during Balloon Fiesta, we require you to return a signed confirmation that we will fax or email to you. The Balloon Fiesta policy is:
50% deposit to be paid by July 1.
Balance paid in full by Sept 1.
Cancellations MUST be made by Sept 1.

If you cancel before September 1, you will be refunded the full amount. Less notice will result in a forfeit of the total cost of your stay. You will only be refunded if we are able to book your room for your dates, and will be refunded at whatever rate we can get.

Reservation Policies - Phone and online reservations must be confirmed with a Visa, Discover, American Express or MasterCard. If you prefer to call, we also accept personal or business checks to secure a reservation. Your card will be charged upon arrival, at which time you may pay cash, check-(US residents only), or any of the above credit cards.
