If you are wanting a room within the next 7 days please call us - 866-435-6436. For all other bookings, click the purple link here to check
availability and/or book online now. We normally send out email confirmations on Sunday, but if it is after Sunday and a same week booking we will contact you to say we are expecting you. Cancellations must be 7 days prior to arrival date to assure a full refund. Less notice will result in a forfeit of 50% of the total cost of your stay, with a minimum charge of one night per room you have booked. (Does not apply to Balloon Fiesta dates). Minimum Night Requirements - There is a two night minimum for weekend bookings, (Th-Fr, Fr-Sa, Sa-Su or Su-Mo ok). There is a three night minimum during holiday weeks and weekends, such as Thanksgiving, Christmas-New Year, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day. For bookings during Balloon Fiesta, there is a 3 day minimum and there will be no refunds unless cancellation is at least 30 days prior to arrival. After that time you will be charged the full cost of your stay unless we can re-book the room(s), and will only refund the amount we are able to get for the rooms with a last minute booking. We will require you to return a signed confirmation form that we can fax or email to you for all Balloon Fiesta bookings. Reservation Policies - Phone and online reservations must be confirmed with a Visa, Discover, American Express or MasterCard. If you prefer to call, we also accept personal or business checks to secure a reservation. Your card will not be charged until arrival, at which time you may pay cash, check-(US residents only), or any of the above credit cards. Check-In time
